"[A chiropractor] recommended you [Emily] to me to perhaps compliment the treatment she was giving me for a neck complaint with referred pain to my arm and hand.  I had not had acupuncture before and was a little worried, but needn't have been.  My first treatment was great and I felt better and more uplifted afterwards.  Subsequent treatments have left me pain free and sleeping soundly every night (which is something that didn't happen even before I had a bad neck).

I am feeling a lot better in myself and have more energy and very much a feeling of 'general well being'.  I also had gua sha which was very invigorating.  I feel you [Emily] has listened to all my worries and acted upon them i.e. periods are now much lighter, less painful and fewer days; tiredness - I now feel much more alert particularly in the mornings.

I would (and have) recommended you [Emily] to family and friends and will continue to do so.  I thank you for all your help in making me feel so much better.  I didn't realise acupuncture could change things so much."
